This gym, Will, Emma and the other members are all amazing. Kind, helpful and generous with their time and advice. It is a fun place where all the hard work is rewarded, no matter what ability you have at the start.

The classes are flipping hard work but it’s so rewarding to see how much you can progress and grow, with dedication, buckets of sweat and constant encouragement from an amazing coach.
