Classes & Timetable

All group classes are run by experienced coaches and are suitable for all ages and abilities.

WPF

Willpower Fitness’ signature functional fitness class. Sessions combine elements of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio using a range of equipment including barbells and erg machines. Classes usually include a warm up, strength/skill portion, accessory work and metabolic conditioning workout (metcon). Metcons may be performed as an individual or in pairs/teams.

Engine

A class designed to improve both aerobic capacity and muscular endurance, ideal for those training for Hyrox. Traditional bodyweight exercises, dumbbell/kettlebell strength work and fundamental cardio exercises are combined to build your engine. Workouts are often performed as a pair/team.

Barbell

A combination of Olympic lifting drills, compound strength and mobility to improve weightlifting technique and overall strength.

Team

Similar to WPF, our Saturday classes are a fun mix of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio. Working as a team, this is a great way to start your weekend (especially when followed by a coffee at our very own Wood Cafe!)

KT Fitness

Age-appropriate and fun functional fitness classes for 8-16 year olds, covering weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics and bodyweight movements.

KT Fitness classes are run by experienced Personal Trainer and coach Josie.

KidFit
8 – 11 year olds
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4pm – 5pm

TeenFit
12 – 16 year olds
Mondays, 4.15pm – 5.15pm

Ladies

Our ladies only classes work through the fundamentals of fitness including kettlebells, barbells, gymnastics, cardio and more. Programming is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, whether this is your first time stepping foot in a gym or are looking to get back to your previous level of fitness.
